Being Mindful of Our Habitual Patterns


Awareness through mindfullness can help us to realize the deeper truth of our abstract patterns and our habitual perceptions. We can move beyond them towards a more open way making deeper insights about ourselves and about life and the connection between the two.

The following article explores jealousy and how it is in fact a very impractical and abstract idea. It is titled  Revenge My Lovely by Jo Nesbo and  I found it to be an interesting reflection about human behaviour.
